Open Folder in Rhythmbox
Open a Terminal and type:
mkdir ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins/

Download rb-open-folder-0.4.tar
Extract folder to ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins
Restart Rhythmbox
Enable plugin via edit>plugins

Now when you right click a track you will see an option to 'open containing folder'.
